White Pearl F1 cauliflower is intended for late summer or autumn productions and is characterized by compact and uniform heads, dense and white, with a very good internal structure. The maturity of the White Pearl F1 cauliflower hybrid is 75-80 days after transplanting. The hybrid bears a higher density when planted, due to the erect leaves. The self-coverage of the captains is also good. Under normal growing conditions, the heads reach 1-2 kg. The hybrid also has a good tolerance to high summer temperatures, having no problems with delaying the formation of inflorescences.Â
